All booked meals must be paid for unless cancelled before the Monday preceeding the event. Payment by cheque is preferred and can be paid on the night to the Assistant Secretary.

Note: Since Winter 2006 "Comrades" meals are waitress served 3 course which means that the third course is either a sweet or Cheese and Biscuits. Cheese & Biscuits are only available if ordered prior to the meeting. Standard meals cost around £15.50.

Step 4 - Submit

On submission this will be sent to the Assistant Secretary who will note your request... You will only receive an email receipt if you put a correct email address above. If you do not receive a receipt, it will not be confirmed as booked
